Paul Hoggart is an English television critic[1] and columnist. He is the youngest son of Richard Hoggart and brother of political journalist Simon Hoggart. His sister, Nicola, is a teacher.
He spent some years as a further education lecturer at Kingsway College and then Woolwich College in London, before he started as a book reviewer. He currently writes for The Times.
He married Elizabeth Knight in Las Vegas, Nevada in August 2001, although they had been together for over twenty years prior to that. They have three children: Rose, Edward, and Matthew.
